“Lyndsey formed a lovely relationship with my Dad and was kind and supportive with my Mum despite Mums mood swings and increasing aggressive behaviour. She was always reassuring and kept me well informed, appreciating my difficulties following surgery and not living locally. Her professional manner helped me make difficult decisions when it became apparent my parents needs couldn’t be met in their home.
