Why we do not promise a twenty-mile radius
Plenty of agencies publish a map with a big circle on it. The trouble with the big circle is that it is paid for in travel time, and travel time comes out of visits. We keep our rounds tight so that a 30-minute call is genuinely 30 minutes. If you are near the edge of our area, call us — we will give you a straight yes or no rather than signing you up and hoping.
It also means our list is shorter than some. Everything on this page is somewhere we actually work, not somewhere we would like to work. For rural addresses in particular, ask us about live-in and overnight care — several short visits a day is not always the most practical answer when a property is some distance out.

The times of your calls are agreed at the free assessment and written into the care plan. If we cannot cover the times you need, we tell you before you start planning around us.

No travel or mileage charge
