Our rates are the same across everywhere we work: £20 for a 30-minute care call, £27 for 45 minutes and £31.50 for an hour. There is no setup fee and no charge for the assessment. What a week costs depends on how many visits are needed and how long each one has to be — a single morning call is a very different figure from four visits a day, and pretending otherwise helps nobody.
