In the home, not in an office
Care happens in a specific house with specific stairs, a specific bathroom and a specific kettle. You cannot plan it properly from a desk, which is why we come to you.
Start here
A conversation in your own home about what would actually help. No fee, nothing to sign and no obligation afterwards.
Fill this in and we will call you to arrange a time that suits.
You can pick a date and time yourself instead, seven days a week between 9am and 7:30pm. We will confirm it with you before it is arranged.
What to expect
Care happens in a specific house with specific stairs, a specific bathroom and a specific kettle. You cannot plan it properly from a desk, which is why we come to you.
We talk to the person receiving care, not just about them. What they want help with, what they would rather keep doing themselves, and what would make them feel intruded upon.
Medication, mobility, mealtimes, how we get in, who else is involved, what a good day looks like and what a bad one looks like. The unglamorous specifics are what make care work.
Which visits, how long, at roughly what times — and what that costs at our published rates. Including, sometimes, the recommendation that you do not need us yet.
Call 07720 829727 and we will arrange it there and then. Plenty of people find a two-minute call easier than a form, and that is completely fine.
No catch
Four things you are not paying for, and will not be invoiced for later.
Some agencies use the word “free” for an assessment and then charge a setup fee, an admin fee or a care-plan fee once you commit. We do not. The assessment costs nothing, the setup fee is £0, and your first 30-minute care call is free as well.
After that you pay the published rate for each visit and nothing else — no mileage, no travel surcharge, no premium for asking about a specialist service.
Optional
None of this is required. If it is easy to find, it makes the conversation quicker — if not, we will work it out together on the day.

“Lyndsey formed a lovely relationship with my Dad and was kind and supportive with my Mum despite Mums mood swings and increasing aggressive behaviour. She was always reassuring and kept me well informed, appreciating my difficulties following surgery and not living locally. Her professional manner helped me make difficult decisions when it became apparent my parents needs couldn’t be met in their home.

“I cant thank my dads amazing carers enough for all they do for him and my mum & the massive help they are to me. Today they have taken my dad on his birthday trip to Twycross zoo. he’s been so excited and is having the best time with them these ladies didn’t have to do this they wanted to because they care.”

“The gentleman pictured is my uncle. It’s been a rough 12 months, diagnosed with Parkinson’s and lost his wife of 52 years in January. Lyndsey was introduced to myself and my uncle around 10 months ago and it’s difficult to put into words how positive her impact has been. It isn’t just ‘care’ but ‘caring’.
