We are actively looking for Care Assistants across Burton upon Trent, Swadlincote and the surrounding villages, and we recruit for coordinator, management and compliance roles as they come up.

£16.00/hr drivers£15.00/hr non-drivers£0.35/mile mileage£12.75/hr paid training

Travel time between visits is not paid separately. A driving licence and access to a car are required for care roles.

Pay, in full

Care Assistants are paid £16.00 an hour if they drive and £15.00 if they do not, with mileage at £0.35 per mile and training paid at £12.75 an hour. The workplace pension is 3% employer and 5% employee.

Travel time between visits is not paid separately. We publish that alongside the rates rather than leaving you to find out later.
